Khao Wang (Castle Hill)

Km. 110 on the Petchkhasem Highway
Officially named Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park, the park covers a turn-of-the century summer palace built by King Rama V on top of the 90 meters high Khao Wang hill on the outskirt of Petchburi town. The palace architects were Western neoclassic and tradional Chinese style. The palace complex ranges over three connecting hill tops.
